The factory torque to yield bolts seals the cylinder head with washers. When head is bolted down the washers were burdened with constant stress factor. Problem[s] with cylinder head sealing can occur if factory washers crack which might promote head lifting or blown headgasket.
TOMEI reinforced washer has applied SCM435 material and made 1mm thicker than stock to reduce its modification while gaining its pressure limit, and secured both suitable surface pressure and high axis force in high balance. Surface of the washer is polished for fatigue reduction.
